Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Eastern Kyoto
- Morning (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Arrive in Kyoto by Shinkansen or flight. Check into your hotel.
- Afternoon (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM): Explore Higashiyama district. Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple with its wooden stage and city views. Walk through the charming Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka streets.
- Evening (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Explore Gion, Kyoto's geisha district. Walk along Hanami-koji street hoping to spot a geisha or maiko. Traditional kaiseki dinner.
